Account-scoped answers
Portal chat only loads the signed-in customer account and answers from that project record.
Omnichannel
Answers wherever the client asks.
Each channel is explicitly mapped during customer setup. If resolution is missing, ambiguous, or disabled, the agent refuses before loading project data.
